A lot of people say, \u201cDoesn&#8217;t that require free time?\u201d Yes, but you have that time! Yoga at work is done during breaks, during short breaks that we usually use ineffectively.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">You can use that &#8220;free&#8221; time to perform exercises that can help you feel relief in both joints and muscles that may be in spasm all day long or to remove mental fatigue and quickly regain energy after hours of looking at numbers and analyses.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">It is the mental effort that creates the most stress in the body. If we add deadlines and hours of sitting in a chair to all that, we can conclude why an increasing number of people are tired and exhausted even before the end of the day.<\/p>\n<p>A set of short stretching exercises, twisting the trunk and stretching the joints, are the basis of yoga at work.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A short break at work helps us relieve stress, restore energy and improve our performance.
