High school students in Bor had the opportunity to work on their mental capacities and improve student performance through Yoga classes.<\/p>\n<p>The project focused on breathing techniques that can help students achieve better results in school but also maintain calm and good focus through crises. As part of the workshops, the students received a practicum in order to practice the presented techniques at home.<\/p>\n<p>The project was implemented in cooperation with the Technical School in Bor.
