Conscious Breathing Workshop
On January 20, 2020, we organized another interactive workshop on the topic “Conscious Breathing”.
The participants learned about the importance of conscious breathing and how to practice it regularly on their own at home. By practicing consciously connected breathing, we can cleanse our emotional body and connect with the emotional wounds of our early childhood. This technique allows us to access subconscious patterns and become aware of the origins of our reactions and emotional dramas. Prior to this technique, we practiced several other breathing techniques.
