The Mother is Born program is a practical education in physical exercise and practicing breathing techniques, visualization, and awareness of the body and its needs. It provides the opportunity for a woman to get to know her body and the process of pregnancy, childbirth, and motherhood.
The program allows You to face experienced traumas and work on releasing them through movement, exercises, breathing techniques, and meditative techniques and helps to eliminate emotional charges through the body with the application of therapeutic movement and breathing techniques.
