Confidence answers the question: Can I do it? (whatever it is),more precisely do we believe enough in ourselves, our abilities and inner potentials.
In each of us, fear manifests itself differently, so it is necessary to strengthen ourselves, to get rid of our fears, and in order to achieve this, we do not always have to do it by engaging in mental work. We can build strength and stability by performing yoga asanas.
With the help of affirmations that restore your self-confidence, you can at the same time practice the tree position, which is part of the balancing asanas and has a great influence on our inner world. Tree asana will help you regain faith in yourself and feel the wave of confidence you need.

Vrksasana Instructions
The starting position is the so-called mountain position (Tadasan). With the help of your hands, place the foot of the right leg on the groin of the left; your hands are folded across your chest. With an inhale, you put your hands above your head while your fists are closed.
To better maintain your balance, focus on one point on the floor, and if you want the exercise to be more challenging, close your eyes. If it is difficult for you to perform this asana, the first aid can be a wall on which you can lean with one hand. Staying in the position for 30s to several minutes.
Tree Pose Variations
Put your hands on the back of your head. Cross your arms behind your back (grab your elbows). Bend the front part of the body forward, leave the hands on the chest, on the back of the head, or crossed on the back. Lower your left hand next to your left leg, and raise your right hand vertically towards the ceiling. You can grab the toes of the left foot with both hands, but with the left hand behind the back.
